Policy Regarding Children

Courtney’s Corner will not knowingly collect personal information on children under the age of 13.  We ask that you do not provide us with any personal information on children under the age of 13.  We understand that you may wish to ship your purchase to someone under the age of 13 and will therefore choose to provide us with a child’s personal information without our knowledge and without the intent of exploiting the child.  For this reason, Courtney’s Corner maintains a policy of deleting the shipping address from our system after the order has been shipped if the shipping address differs from the billing address.  Children under the age of 13 should not use our website.  Children between the ages of 13 and 17 should do so only under adult supervision.  Parents should not give their credit card to their offspring, of any age, for the purpose of purchasing from Courtney’s Corner or from any other company, as this constitutes credit card fraud and could lead to criminal charges should the appropriate authorities become aware of this activity.
