If you are looking for something extra special, or if you just can't find exactly what you want in the catalog, consider placing a custom order.

We offer two major types of custom orders.  The first involves choosing an item from our catalog and altering it by changing one or more of its attributes, such as size or color.  The overall design of the piece is very similar to that of the item selected from the catalog.  The second type involves the creation of an entirely new design.  You tell us what you want, and we will design something to meet your specifications.

If you place a custom order, you will receive an email in a few weeks which will include an invoice and a photograph of the completed design.  If you pay the invoice within 30 days, we will ship the design.  If you do not wish to complete your order after viewing the design, all you have to do is ignore the invoice.

You should expect to wait up to eight weeks for the designing, assembling, packaging, and shipping of your custom order.  Courtney's Corner makes no guarantee that any custom order will arrive on or before your specified special occasion.  We make no guarantee that something similar to your custom design will not be offered in our catalog in the future.  Custom orders are non-refundable.  All invoices, including additional fees for customization, must be paid in full before your order will be packaged and shipped.
